Multi-Tenant SaaS Agreement

By accessing or using Unlockify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or client organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

1. Platform Service Description

Unlockify AI provides automated multi-tenant conversational AI, WhatsApp customer service routing, lead qualification, human takeover, and business knowledge management services.

2. Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Compliance

• You agree to comply with all applicable Meta WhatsApp Business Policies and Commerce Policies.
• You must obtain proper customer opt-in consent before initiating outbound or template messages to WhatsApp users.
• Spamming, unsolicited broadcasting, or distributing prohibited content via WhatsApp Cloud API will result in immediate suspension.
• Free-form messaging is subject to Meta's strict 24-hour Customer Service Window policy. Messages outside the 24-hour window require approved WhatsApp message templates.

3. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Account Security

Each tenant organization operates within an isolated workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API secrets, and ensuring that unauthorized users do not access your organization workspace.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Fair Usage

AI automated replies are powered by Google Gemini Gateway. Each organization is subject to monthly message and token quotas defined by their plan. Attempts to circumvent quota limits or prompt injection attacks are strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

You may disconnect your WhatsApp account or cancel your service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta policies or engage in abusive platform behavior.
